Meet the Team

  • Shane Sauer

    Shane is a 500-hour certified instructor, who teaches an all-level class inspired by Shiva Rea’s Prana Vinyasa Flow. This fluid style of Yoga continuously circles back to variations of similar poses, allowing beginners to build confidence with simpler poses while allowing experienced practitioners to progress into deeper, more challenging positions.

  • Carolyn Rankin

    Carolyn completed her 200-hour training in 2008 while living for four weeks at Shoshoni Ashram in the mountains of Colorado. Rooted in hatha yoga, her training emphasized precise alignment, anatomical knowledge, meditation, and pranayama. Over time, her personal practice has evolved toward vinyasa, with an appreciation for flowing, dynamic sequences. As both a yoga teacher and massage therapist, Carolyn brings a love of anatomy and mindful movement to every class. Off the mat, Carolyn is the proud mother of Archibald, Neville, Fiona, and Fintan (3 rabbits and a cat)!

  • Alison DeLapp

    Alison DeLapp, RYT 200, discovered yoga over 20 years ago and has carried the practice with her through every chapter of life. She completed her Integrative Vinyasa Teacher Training with Coral Brown and now shares classes that blend strength, flexibility, and mindful breathing. Alison’s teaching invites students of all levels to explore movement in a way that feels both safe and empowering. Outside the studio, she enjoys playing music, traveling globally, and local outdoor adventures with her family.

  • Katie Tougas

    Katie holds a 200-hour certification from Wild Wisdom Yoga and has also completed the Karma Kids teacher training. She is a certified postpartum nutrition specialist and nutritional therapy practitioner as well as a former third grade teacher. She started Yoga years ago to help balance her athletic life with body awareness. She grew up a national level swimmer and now does any and all exercise. Yoga has been a great tool to her in these endeavors and want to help others find their path.

Creative Vinyasa Flow
w/ Alison

Join us for a mid-week reset. This vinyasa-inspired class combines steady movement, mindful breathwork, and creative sequencing.

You’ll explore familiar poses linked together with playful transitions that build strength and flexibility while keeping the pace accessible.

Ideal for practitioners with some yoga experience, this class balances energy and calm, making it the perfect way to start your Wednesday morning.

mind-body flow yoga
W/ Carolyn

This 75-minute, all-levels class is designed to help reduce stress and restore balance in both body and mind. Through breathwork (pranayama) and mindful, flowing movement, you’ll find space to release tension and reset your nervous system. Poses are chosen to counteract common stress patterns such as hunched shoulders, tight hips, and low-back discomfort, with an emphasis on safe alignment and body awareness. This class seeks to honor the ancient roots of yoga by using Sanskrit names and discussing the energetic aspects of each posture. The result is a practice that leaves you feeling grounded, open, and renewed. 

Disclaimer: As a massage therapist, Carolyn is fascinated by our physical bodies. So expect extra tidbits about muscular anatomy along the way!


Strengthen & Lengthen
w/ Katie

A one-hour all-levels Vinyasa class designed to leave you feeling both relaxed and recharged. We’ll move through a flow that focuses on building strength, increasing flexibility, and finding ease in movement - whether you’re a seasoned Yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time.

Expect a balance of intentional movement, strengthening, and just the right amount of bad puns to keep things light.

Come as you are, move how you need, and leave feeling a little taller, a little stronger, and a lot more centered.

SMART Yoga
w/ Shane

SMART Yoga is a thoughtful approach designed for everyone, regardless of experience level. Each class targets a specific body area and incorporates simple, brain-based moves to enhance your performance and safely overcome any obstacles you may face.
